Vote & Board Election Results
District residents approved the
2011-12 Budget
proposition of $28,214,833 by a vote of 475 in favor and
160 opposed.
A proposition authorizing the district to sell the former
Irving Street School for not less than $42,500 was
approved by a vote of 572 in favor and 58 opposed.
The proposition for the expenditure of up to $100,000 from
the capital reserve fund to update the district’s network
operations center was approved by a vote of 472 in favor
and 147 opposed.
Candidates Anne Cassidy (475), Angela Clizbe (457) and
Brian Miller, Sr. (441) were the top vote getters in the
four-way race for three seats on the Board of Education
and will be sworn in at the July 2011 organizational
meeting. Incumbent Robert Curtis received 322 votes.
